We formulate the requirement of the client and then optimize the effectiveness of the community’s land use and infrastructure. Our role also is to formulate plans for the development and management of urban and suburban areas, typically analyzing land use compatibility as well as economic, environmental and social trends. In developing their plan for a community. As green technology is the focus of all developments we believe in creating a wide array of issues such as sustainability, air pollution, traffic congestion, crime, land values, legislation and zoning codes. As a company we undertake the task of preparing the feasibility study of the project prior to the execution. By providing such study the client gets acquainted with the projects technical and financial parameters easily. This also helps in improving the projects viability by adding more value in-puts from all the technical and financial parties involved in the project.
The design stage of the project is divided into two parts. One part is the concept design and the second part is the detailed design.
The Concept Design stage is the part where the client is projected with ideas in the form of Plans, sections and perspectives.
The Detailed Design Stage follows after the concept design approval from the client. The stage evolves the design of Structures and MEP and local authority approvals.
Our role is to the most efficiency to the projects in terms of selleable/rental areas during the design stage.
Once the detailed design, specifications and contract documents are completed, Tendering of the project is undertaken by inviting qualified team of contractors. The best contractor is awarded the project.
Once the project tender bid is completed, a detailed value engineering is undertaken by our professional team to reduce the construction cost as well as increase the efficiency of the project. Our team comprises of students who has attended workshop by Mr Stephen K. who was the ex-president of American Value Engineers Association.
The awarded contractor undertakes the construction part and our part is to undertake project management and oversee the project execute as per the propose theme and finishes on time.
